When submitted, a copy of your responses will be emailed automatically to the LNO address entered below. The LNO will use that to brief your group’s findings when you return to the main group.

(optional) If anyone other than the LNO and Scribe would like this exercise to be emailed to them when complete, the Scribe will be responsible for distribution.
