This registration form is for all Open Enrollment sessions.
After you click Submit, you will be taken to the payment page where you can choose which session you would like to attend.
Classes are limited to 25 participants.

Incident Commander, Command Staff and Key Responder Level 1 Training is part of the OnLINE Incident Management Academy, designed to give IT professionals the knowledge and skills to resolve critical IT incidents and restore systems to uptime quickly. Most of the coursework will be interactive online sessions with fellow students, facilitated by a live instructor. You will be using incident simulations and practicing skills that are highly applicable to incident management in the IT setting. Fellow students may be from your company or from a variety of companies and institutions around the world.

We take privacy concerns seriously, and expect you to do the same. In order to register for the course, you are required to read, sign and submit the following Non-Disclosure Agreement.

After you have read the document, please print, and add your signature and date at the end. Then, save as a JPG or PDF by scanning or taking a photo of the signed document. You will need that file in the next step.
