Exercise: IR in 10 Easy Steps

This is a prioritization and forward momentum exercise.
Don’t rush! The goal is to move through the discussion just like you would during an incident.
Roles & Responsibilities
All team members participate. Key roles assigned: IC, LNO, Scribe
IC leads the group in a) reorganizing the 10 steps of IR into correct sequence, and b) assigning a 1-5 rating reflecting the company’s efficiency at each step, with 1 being not efficient and 5 being very efficient.
Scribe captures key discussion points and submits the form prior to leaving the breakout session.
LNO will brief the Lead Instructor in the main room when we return from the breakout session (30 seconds max).
