Points to Ponder

  • One person cannot effectively fill all the Command functions.
  • Delegation and managing multiple work streams are a key leadership skill.
  • Ensure that outbound communications are paced with the resolution effort.
  • Incident Management can scaled by using Unified Command / Joint Information Center and Tier One
